Yesterday I went for a wander through the woods to collect some evergreen branches to refill a little vase I have.

True story: Alright, about a week ago, scribe started getting some pain and stiffness in his back, under the shoulder blades.  It became much worse as the week wnt on, even making it hard to sleep as the pain became unbearable, this guy eats pain  4 a living, dear ones, but this, on a scale of 1 to 5 was a 7.  We determined it was caused by our endless hours sitting at the computer, as we could feel the pain doing its thing w every key stroke and arm movemennt.

Plus, the stiffness w inflamation  The pain in back, literally felt like an arrow stuck back there.  Yeah, we trying to do our yoga again, so we can lift our head. something we were quite proficient in years ago, heck, Paul even took a Kundalini Yoga course w Yogi Bhajan himself, in attendance, in a Class taught by David (forget his last name).  Yoga stretches do help as, of course, would a massage.

So, we get up in middle of the afternoon, after shutting computer down @ 6 or 7 a.m. and make our grueling  3 step commute to the computer who's name is 'Vivienne.' That's a joke btw, about the 3 step commute, lest anyone think it was serious, but we were feeling 7 on the pain meter.  Right now it's @ 2-3  We are good. The music helped, so did adjusting the chair with a few more cushions. and we will be cutting down our hours online to @ 4 hours a day, as what we had to share has been shared. (Speaking of the chair, in this edit, we forgot in the intro that we had typed 'pull up a chair'  so we do the pic & read that.  There You  go again, God, making good things even gooder, delightfully so.  )  Stuff like this hhappen to you, guys?  Alright, quite a few.  )
